    TAHITIAN VANILLA & PECAN ECLAIR £5.8

    A carefully selected blend of single estates Tahitian (liquorice undertones) and Madagascar (pepper undertones) beans for an intense and powerful vanilla-flavoured filling.

    To add texture, we sprinkle candied roasted pecans on the glazing for a distinctive signature nutty flavour.

    CHOUQUETTES (10 PIECES) £3.50

    Chouquettes are made of a light dough, piped on a baking tray then sprinkled with sugar before being baked. They are empty inside (no cream), and they are a staple of French kids’ after school snacks!
