Where do you deliver?
We can arrange deliveries central London.
How much is a delivery?
Delivery fees vary depending on the location and the delivery address.
When can I have my order?
Pre-Orders: for the full range of products, you can pre-order and we would require at least 48h notice.
Same-day Orders: fulfilled directly from our shop in Soho or South Kensington. Store opening times and stock available in the shop apply.
How much time does it take to deliver?
You can arrange a delivery on the day and from the time the order is accepted, it can take up to 2 hours to receive the order.
What time can you deliver?
Deliveries can be arranged from Monday to Sunday, from 11:30AM to 9:30PM
Can I collect my order from a shop?
You can arrange a collection from Soho, South Kensington and Chelsea (King’s Road) boutiques.

Unfortunately once the order has been processed we are unable to amend it
Can I cancel my order?
Live order / On the day: Unfortunately once the order is accepted the order cannot be cancelled
Pre-orders: We do accept cancellations with a minimum of 3 days notice. Fees may apply.

If you are ordering from Uber Eats or Deliveroo, please contact them directly if you have an issue with your order.
For any corporate order and events, please feel free to enquiry on firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our team will assist you.
Maitre choux offers a bespoke service for any of your events and corporate orders. We can personalise the éclairs with a bespoke chocolate plaque on top.
We would need at least 2 weeks notice from the order confirmation including design. For further details please send an email to email@example.com
Do you have any vegetarian and vegan options?
Our Hazelnut and Milk Chocolate éclair and our Chocolate choux are suitable for a vegetarian diet. However please note we work in an environment where traces of FISH can be found.
Unfortunately we do not have any vegan products available at the moment but be ensured we are trying our best to work on it.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
Unfortunately we do not have any gluten-free options at the moment but our Head Pastry Chef is working on it.
What is the shelf life of your éclairs and choux ?
Our eclairs and choux are made fresh daily and need to be enjoyed within 3 days.
What are the storage instructions?
Our products need to be kept refrigerated and enjoyed within 3 days.
Are your pastries suitable for a Halal diet?
Our current range of éclairs, choux and chouquettes is suitable for a Halal diet.
Dietary & Allergen Information
All our products are made in a kitchen that handles NUTS, GLUTEN (WHEAT), DAIRY, EGG and FISH.
A more detailed list of allergens can be found in the description of each product page on our online shop. Even though we take allergens very seriously and we are extremely cautious, traces may be found.
