An absolutely delicious take on the hazelnut and chocolate combo. Our Piedmont Hazelnut Haze Miracle is already a crowd’s favourite. It is made of a crunchy tart base filled with our signature Piedmont hazelnut cream. A hazelnut and Valrhona Gianduja chocolate ganache insert sits above the filling, enclosed in a stunningly nutty hazelnut cream. Glazed in milk chocolate with roasted Italian Piedmont hazelnut, it is crowned by a light hazelnut cream baby choux.

Our Summer Berries Miracle is an ode to an Endless Summer. A crunchy tart base filled with a Tahitian vanilla Parisian flan, topped with an acidic raspberry compote insert (with bits!), and a fresh raspberry mousse. The crown jewel is a small vanilla and raspberry gel choux for a regal look on your dessert plate!

Our Italian Lemon Miracle was inspired by the flavours of the Mediterranean. A crunchy tart filled with a delicate Spanish almond cream, topped with a perfectly executed insert of tangy lemon curd and an Italian lemon mousse. A reminiscent of cool summer days on the Amalfi Coast and an invitation to day dream.

Our green Persian Pistachio Miracle is made of a crunchy tart base filled with a Cheescake insert. A delicate cheese cake insert is then surrounded by a soft pistachio and Valrhona white chocolate ganache. Our green glaze is sprinkled with buddha hand powder and roasted pistachios. Our signature pistachio cream baby choux decorates the top.

A Hypnotic Deep Purple glazes our Blueberry Miracle. A crunchy tart base filled with a Spanish almond cream on which sits a blueberry compote insert. It is then topped with a stunning blueberry cream layer. A Tahitian Vanilla and blueberry compote baby choux decorates the top to catch the gaze.

A Pure Pecan Miracle that is destined for greatness! One of our favourite creations, it is made of a crunchy tart base filled with a soft pecan cream. A pecan and Valrhona Gianduja chocolate ganache insert sits above, dipping in a stunningly nutty pecan mousse. Its Tahitian vanilla glazing is sprinkled with vanilla powder and roasted pecan and supports a Tahitian vanilla cream baby choux.
