Using recipes from the French region of Brittany, our salted butter and caramel filling brings back the basics with a pure emphasis on taste. It strikes a perfect balance of creaminess, lightness and sweetness. This is one of our Signature creations.
The cream in our salted butter and caramel éclair is a Cremeux emulsionned with butter for a smooth and softer texture. The éclair is topped with an éclair shaped layer of thin chocolate and a line of caramel sauce.
