Originally created in 1910 to commemorate the Paris–Brest–Paris bicycle race begun in 1891, our update on the traditional "Paris-Brest" French dessert will leave you craving more.
We lay a crunchy nougatine filling, add a layer of our homemade praline cream, as well as alternate dots of pure hazelnut praline cream and unsweetened whipped cream, to finish with a nougatine biscuit on the top.
Does it get better? No it does not.
